I will be available to collaborate as many times, and for however long is desired , via phone or video conference to ensure I deliver the exact coverage you desire. In person collaborations are also available for any half or full day coverage packages.

You are not retaining someone to “show up and take photos”. You are retaining a professional to partner with you to ensure a seamless and delightful experience - from initial consultation well beyond the delivery of your images.

I offer hourly coverage rates (2 hour minimum) as well as discounted “half” and “full” day rates.

I will be on location approximate 1 hour prior to the start of any coverage. to ensures all preparations can be made guaranteeing effective coverage of your event. This time does not impact the coverage duration your have selected.

All delivered images will be individually (not batch) edited, color corrected and edited as needed to ensure a clean, polished and finished image.

I will get all images “correct” upon capture but all images will be captured in what is called RAW format.

Capturing images in RAW format ensures the highest quality of the file and the most flexibility for any processing of the image yet requires post processing to deliver that “polished” or “finished” look.

Nobody likes to wait for their images - and you will not have to. Despite each delivered image having been post processed & edited you will receive delivery of your images within 48 hours of the conclusion of your event. Expedited same to next day packages are also available if desired.

My client portal also empowers the client or event host to share images - for viewing, or if desired select downloading, with guests.

The option is present to create links and share - and ensure instantly access to client selected images with your event guests.

Links may also be created for sharing of selected images on social medial platforms without the client having to upload batches of files or create albums. Slide show options are also available in base event packages.

My services make all elements of your image sharing secure, efficient and seamless.

Each client will receive a USB flash drive with all event images included.

Having a tangible means for storing your image aside from your downloaded files will add an extra layer of protection for your image files and an added ease of file management,

Your package will be time based and there will never be and “backend” needs to acquire or purchase edited images. You will be granted an unlimited, non expiring Personal Use License for all images.

I will provide upon request a Certificate of Commercial Liability coverage for $1,000,000 from The Hartford protecting the client, host or any venue with whom I am providing photographic services.

Many venues require vendors to provide proof of this coverage so it is best an host ensures all vendors are adequately covered for liability.

My client portal is connected to Millers Professional print lab. This portal allows the client to select what images they would like prints of and order them at a discounted rate directly from the print lab. Ordering prints from “big box” stores or non-professional connected labs often will yield a lower quality print, on lower quality papers and often with color variances. Professional connected print labs have technicians that will ensure accurate color prints matching the files which were submitted. These prints will be packaged and shipped directly to your door as prices comparable to the vastly inversion “big box” print options publicly available.
